'Beautiful views and plenty of space in this lakeside house and cottage. There were 6 of us and the space was perfect. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we made the best of it. Lots of games and fun! Loved the porches for our morning coffee. Living area was nice and cozy with plenty of seating. It was cute and quiet, the owners were so welcoming and kind — eggs from their hens, some wood to make a campfire, a path to the river to explore…if you have kids, there’s a fabulous ice cream shop nearby with a fire truck you can sit in (it also has a slide!). Crystal Lake is nearby, and the cabin is located between Jay Peak and Burke Mountain, so it’s really great for outdoor enthusiasts. The cabin is on a quiet street with a sidewalk, which my toddler loved for riding...

'This was our first VRBO booking and we couldnt ask for a better place to stay! The house is beautiful and more than comfortable and so clean. We loved the yard and the outdoor fire pit while enjoying tubing in the snow! A perfect getaway! Close to downtown grocery store, bakery, pizza and gas- adorable town. We will definitely book The Copper Mouse again and next time for a longer getaway! It was the greatest experience making the best memories. Thank you again.'

'Cottage was perfect! Very comfortable and had all the cooking supplies we needed! Older community for sure so glad we had a low key intention for our weekend. 'This is a a comfortable, spacious cabin with everything new inside, and very clean. Comfortable beds; the kitchen has everything, even a dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. There is a metal spiral staircase to the upper loft that was fun for the kids (the listing pictures show a steep ladder, which was apparently replaced). The bathroom and the bedroom have fashionable sliding barn doors (though we may have preferred real doors for privacy). The cabin is located near a local...
