'The house, as depicted on the internet, arrived from California on a one-week business trip. Consequently, I sought accommodation. However, the property’s cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The shower exhibited scum, spider webs were prevalent, and the floor was unkempt. Notably, I observed a few ants, which I promptly eliminated using the cleaning products left behind. Unfortunately, this action resulted in the clogging of the sink. Fortunately, the owner responded promptly and had the issue...

'We had a lovely stay at Sarah's Place.So clean, comfortable, and roomy! We especially appreciated having 2 bathrooms. This was so convenient to Grove City College for attenting events on campus and visiting with our GCC student at the house. Everything needed for fixing home cooked meals, too! The communications from Michael about using unfamiliar technology was especially helpful. We hope to stay here during future trips to Grove City. '

'I’m not sure why this is an acceptable VRBO property. We checked in but could not stay here, so we contacted VRBO Customer Service to cancel. The exterior of the property is very dilapidated. The air conditioning was not working. The entire place had a musty smell, the kitchen appliances were dirty, the basement was locked, there weren’t enough dishes and utensils for 8 people, and the exterior patio door was inoperable.'

'This stay greatly exceeded my expectations. The home is very neat, clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious; the interior is much larger than it appears in the photos which was a pleasant surprise. Also, Dorothy and Billie Robinson were absolutely amazing hosts! They sent clear and concise instructions regarding entry, parking, and other useful/pertinent information regarding our stay.
