'Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, and great perks to staying here. The evening reception comes in handy when you don't want to order food/want a light snack instead of a meal. Even then, the cooks at the hotel accommodate diet differences and are open to modifying a menu item if need be. The shuttle was great, accessible, clean, and always on time. the only thing that wasn't great was that adult pool hours were not really enforced, a lot of parents just kinda let their kids go wild in there so I...

'Everything was clean, staff nice and professional. The only complaint I have is that for some strange reason the smoke detector went off even though there was nothing around to cause it to go off. Scared the crap out of me and my sister. The fire department even showed up. Not sure what caused it but made me slightly nervous. The other problem I had was that a coach roach crawled across my foot in the bathroom, and lets be honest those things are super creepy,even once I killed the little guy....

'The additional $125 to bring a pet came as a surprise while checking in but definitely worth it as the hotel is very dog friendly'
