'This is an older beach cottage with some updates (floor, kitchen appliances), nice outdoor shower. We weren't expecting a luxury rental. Location is one block from the beach. Excellent. The 'yard' was useless as the water level was high and it was saturated/muddy almost up to the house. (it's basically a swamp). It's too bad a platform deck/patio wasn't available, it would have been nice to sit and look at the sunset/birds. The king bed was extra firm, difficult to sleep for us both. The AC was...

'Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors.'
