'Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. '

'My family had a great stay at the Ocean Grande. The villa was very spacious with two bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen and dining area with a nice size outdoor deck. The beach view and interior garden area views were very nice. The property was in very good condition. We will be back.'

The hardware on many of the rooms especially outside doors need to be updated. The room doors are nice but heavy and sometimes do not close without intentional slamming.'

'The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight.
