'I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble. The room itself was modern and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the coffee was...

'Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going.'

'Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location.'

'Helpful foh staff, accommodating my fear of heights giving us a liwer ground floor room. Beautiful room with everything needed. We only stayed 1 night for a concert but would definitely come back again.'

'Excellent!!'

'Everything was tidy and new. Staff were friendly and polite. Would go again :)'

'Clean and modern.'

'Really great location, loved that. Excellent to have secure off street parking. Nice complimentary snack basket. The beds were comfortable. However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook. It was ok for us as on this trip we just needed a bed at night, however we would have been very disappointed if wanted to spend any time there. Also, one...

'Mooie kamer, super ontbijt, Valley parking en in de stad'

'Good service, very helpfully! We were very satisfied. '

'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'

'We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown.'

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '
