This hotel, the room, the people, it is the best a you can ever get. Marco the owner is super friendly, super efficient, super supportive at all time. The place is also very bright abd clean and everything works perfectly. I am a cat lover, so Silvestro the cat added some extra value for this place.

Erg netjes hotel, vriendelijk personeel dat graag met je meedenkt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voor handen. Locatie is ook prima, vlakbij het oude centrum. 5 minuten lopen naar de haven.

Erg net en modern hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker keuze ontbijt en meer dan voldoende. Avondeten werd speciaal door Corona geregeld. Diverse Griekse specialiteiten mogen eten. Heerlijk. Coronaregels werden goed gehanteerd. Loopafstand naar diverse winkels, bezienswaardigheden, eetgelegenheid in de normale (niet Corona tijd) situatie.

Our stay at the Nesean Plaza was so nice. This stay was a part of our Honeymoon. We got a bottle of champagne and a plate with fresh fruit when we arrived! The staff was very kind. And most important, the room was so clean! We got clean towels everyday. Breakfast was a buffet and had enough optione to choose from. If we go to Crete (Heraklion) we would stay in this hotel again. Really recommend this hotel!

This hotel is a small-scale 3* hotel that excels all around. Modern, tasteful rooms, mostly with sea views. Everything in and around the hotel is spotless. Beautiful swimming pool in a well-kept garden and a breakfast with good quality products and sufficient choice. Every effort is made to guarantee guests an unforgettable stay. Hotel ligt op een prachtige plek, uitzicht op Caldera is fantastisch. Bereikbaar door ongeveer 50 trappen te lopen, lastig met bagage. Accommodatie zeer verzorgd, service prima, kamer wel klein, ontbijt wordt geserveerd op eigen terras. (brood, beleg, koffie, sap (niet vers geperst), yoghurt met vers fruit), mooi zwembad (schitterend uitzicht) keurige nette gasten.Een zeer aangenaam verblijf op een bijzonder eiland. Breathtaking. Every moment at this hotel felt like a dream, and John and the staff at the hotel made sure of that! The views from our room were spectacular, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub on our balcony (not something we’ll easily forget!) We enjoyed a great breakfast delivered to our balcony or the pool each morning.
