'After being away from home for 7 days, we were delighted to have our last night be so wonderful. Quality bedding, comfortable and modern room that couldn't have been cleaner! And a great breakfast before heading home!'

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'It was very clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. We loved the pillows. The water pressure was very weak, though it must have been in our room only, since I don't see it in any other comments. The only strange thing was that the front desk said they could not take cash. They eventually did, but said they normally don't. Which is strange since money is money. The breakfast was vey good.'

'Outstanding housekeeping personnel. We just went put for dinner (roughly 30/40min) after a quick power nap and when we returned the room was good as new. Thanks Angie. Overall, nice surroundings, really good room, very comfy king size bed. We would have prefered a buffet for breakfast but the Isabelle serves an extraordinary mushroom benedict.'

'Kitchen was great. Very clean. Everyone in the hospital was respectful of one another. I didn't bring my pet but something tells me she probably would have been welcome. The staff, the staff was great the owners are great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a nice clean quiet place that is inexpensive and yet very Central and possesses all the amenities one could want. Down to earth people.'

'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '
