'Lovely hotel in the Main Street with off street parking at the rear. Room was spacious with modern fittings and furnishings. Bed was comfortable and TV was great with Foxtel as well. Lots of power points and a window which opens for fresh air with a view over the shopping street. The hotel has a classy restaurant.'

'First of all, when I booked this stay hotels.com mentioned that there is a laundry-facility on site for guests. There was not. I was able to upgrade my stay for 55 aus dollar, so I could do laundry. A little expensive in my opinion.
Further, I didn’t like all the ‘managementrules-signs’ with penalties if you do this or that’. First of all, it doesnt not work like that, second of all: it is a hige sign of mistrust in guests, and is very childish. Especially because the penalties are extremely out...

'the venue closed at 6pm Sunday night but I was not made aware of that, so I could not get a meal at the venue. Would be good if the venue put a notice in each room advising of this. As the carpark was at the back behind the hotel, I had to use the escape stairs and go up 3 flight s of steep metal stairs to get in at night or walk all the way around the block into the front, which was not on for a female alone late at night. 'The bedside lighting did not work and the aircon shut down within seconds of being switched on. On reporting it to reception my wife received a brash response of "how can you report this 5 minutes before my shift is finishing - I do not have time to call an electrician". We asked for a new room, but were told that all were occupied only to be handed a key at 7.30 the next morning for us to move into a perfectly clean unoccupied room by the lady on duty.'
