- on the ground floor, a large living-room, an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge with a separate freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee-machine, toaster, kettle) and guest toilets.
- on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (180cm), 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shower-room with toilets.
- on the top floor, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160cm) -among which one with a balcony on the canal- and a shower-room with toilets.

• Final cleaning not included in the booking. It can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.

• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
