Guests have sole access to the property.

Situated in central Grimsby, most of the shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance from the house. The train station is a 15 minute walk or short drive away. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes from the property. Blundell Park, home to Grimsby Town FC is a short drive or 30 minute walk away.

Being so centrally located, Grimsby is easily explored on foot. The train station is a 15 minute walk or short drive away

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
