'Lovely stay here. The room was fantastic, staff helpful and breakfast was amazing. The chauffeur ride into Cartmel was also a great touch. We shall return!'

'Good place to start and end the day!'

'Room was tired and bed uncomfortable. Car park had no lighting which made it difficult to navigate in the dark.'

'On check in, we had to vacate our room due to plumbing issues along the whole corridor. We had to wait another hour before our new room was ready, which was fine as it was out of their control to a degree. Our only complaint was that we had to ask for a complimentary drink or similar whilst we were waiting.....they should've offered that immediately, guests shouldn't have to ask, it's the least they can do! Other than that it was a pleasant stay.'

'Tienen el personal mas amable, son muy atentos y agradables. Por supuesto volvería. Tomen enc uenta el ruido del fin de semana, es mucho pero de domingo a jueves es nulo. El lugar es limpio y cómodo, recibes lo que pagas , el servicio es extraordinario.'

'New favourite hotel, a one night stay which was perfect.'

'Idea for a single person exploring the south-western Lake District.'

'Very clean and tidy place with friendly staff.'

'Lovely quiet location on the edge of Cartmel with good road connections to the tourist areas of the Lakes. The place was spotless and well equipped but they really do only include bedding, towels and loo roll. Whatever else you need make sure you take it with you. It lacked hanging space for clothes in the bedroom and any place to put your cases. We were surprised it was a semi detached building, we could hear a lot of noise, especially doors closing in the attached unit. I would still recommend...

'Absolutely perfect stay and the breakfast was superb.'

'It was a lovely location, a great place for a weekend getaway for couples. '

'Excellent location for where we wanted to go and visit. Great views and excellent dog walking opportunities. Look forward to staying again in the future. Dogs enjoyed themselves too. Bed very comfortable, shower very good.'

'Everything was ideal with this property and if you want to walk into Cartmel it’s also close enough to do so… it does seem a lot longer walking back from Cartmel however after you have sampled the excellent local ales 😬'

'A lovely place to stay . The hot tub was amazing the water was lovely and hot . It was very clean , we had everything we needed . The farm dogs were lovely they come to greet us when we got there . The owners are very friendly . The location is stunning , it’s surrounded by fields and there are donkeys , cows nearby which made it really nice . Would highly recommend staying there . Thanks for making it a lovely stay for us .'
