'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Keep Cool Feb, 2023. I spent 12 nights here and it really was a home away from home. They have everything you should need to be comfortable. I stayed in the deluxe studio and the views were beautiful. The quality of the furniture, cookware, bedding, etc. was excellent. The accommodations are exactly as they have described. I did not have a rental vehicle and enjoyed my daily walks to the main road where i caught the minibus to Rodney Bay, Soufriere, Vieux Fort,...

'The environment was nice and peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. After a nice 10 minute walk you can find yourself a bus stop where you can get into Rodney Bay in no time. So the place was definitely the perfect location.'

'Lovely property in a quiet location. Hannah was very friendly and checked in regularly to make sure that we were having a great time. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is a 20 min walk away from the beautiful Reduit beach. St Lucia is very mountainous so we naviaged a few hills there and back. Would love to come back to Caribbean Dream next time I visit St Lucia.'

"This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
