The property manager has excellent customer service, she was warm, welcoming and very humble. The security guard was very kind and helpful. A wonderful place to stay away from home.

Coreen, the front Desk Manager was very professional and , empathetic, she made sure that we were taken care of, for our late night check-in, and assisted us with proper information that made our stay a very pleasant one.

We ended up at this property by no choice as the place we originally reserved (Tranquil Sunset) was overbooked and cancelled on us. They referred us to Habitat Terrace as they have a relationship with this hotel, and since all this was last minute we didn't have much choice. The room smelled badly, there was water filtration from the living room ceiling and mold all over. There was only 1 A/C in the entire apt and was in the bedroom but wasn't working well. We had to open the windows to survive the mold smell even though it was a hot night. Next day we left the apt early and didn't return until very late at night to sleep and go to the airport. Avoid this place!

We would have appreciate it if this was brought to our attention while you were on property, We have not had any other complaint regarding mold etc, however we will look into it.

Happy holiday
My husband and I stayed at Habitat Terrace for 2 weeks and had a great time. It was a lovely place to come back to at the end of a busy day. Very peaceful and relaxing. Angela and Yvonne were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Séjour avec ma petite famille super agréable. Le personnel est super agréable. Il faut juste prévoir un petit budget pour les deplacéments en bus, car l’hotel est un peu éloigné de l’axe routier principal.

I didn't even stay the night I left after I check in . They refuseee to give me my full refund after I didn't even stay two hours . They so desperately need of money

Petit hôtel familial parfait pour un séjour au calme. Le personnel est au petits soins avec les clients et surtout les enfants, les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés.Il est conseillé de louer une voiture pour pouvoir se déplacer sans difficultés.

Cheryl and her fine team gave a large slice of paradise We were made to feel more like family than guests and from the gardener to the maid and security nothing was too much trouble Well placed for the marina pigeon island and the capital this is a clean safe well kept little gem offering excellent value for money A rental car a must to maximise the Saint Lucian experience

Everything you need in a hotel!
This hotel was great, everyone was super friendly, the rooms were clean, nice little pool, plenty of parking and relatively close to Rodney Bay. Getting here was a little tricky as the roads are labeled which makes getting directions tough, I would suggest that you get a GPS as that's probably the only way you could find it. (Also, know they drive on the left side of the road here...)

Nice, colourful, and clean. It's located a short drive from Rodney Bay, but a car is essential. We had a little problem getting wifi signal in the room, but the personal did their best to change our room to one with stronger signal.

Habitat Terrace - on the hill overlooking marina
My 2-day stay was fine. The hotel owner is very charming, and the hotel was definitely sufficient for my stay. Finding it is a bit difficult at night, so it is best if you are driving a rental car to look for it in daylight hours. Once you get on the Old Military Rd on the hill behind Key Largo, just look for the brightly-painted building. You cannot miss it. Roads on the hill can be quite narrow and full of potholes, so all the more reason to arrive during the day.

Stayed here for two weeks on a work trip. Didn't want distractions, and did want a kitchen, so Habitat Terrace was ideal. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Habitat Hotel - Up the hill from Key Largo
I was very satisfied with my stay. The only negative was/were the few mosquitoes flying around the room at night time. Maybe hotel management can look at covers to put on the shower drains, since that is mostly likely from where they came. Cheryl is a very good hotel hostess and very people-oriented, something not seen very often in hotel management these days.
