'The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.'

'Overall our stay was ok, the outdoor area of the property was nice but the house itself needed help. No hot water at all in the kitchen and hardly any hot water for showers. No ac in the kitchen and living area. The stove was very poor condition and the oven went out during a meal we were preparing! Overall it seemed that the electric system needed help, don’t know if it’s just old or improper design. The host Mervin did try to resolve most issues but some were beyond his control. 'With a party of 11 persons, it was perfect for our group and within walking distance of the Aquatic centre. The kids had a ball as they were able to walk to the mall and back with ease. No complaints. The hosts were excellent offering to assist with booking additional services such as transportation and a welcome basket. Communication was excellent throughout. Response time was 5 minutes or less. Would definitely book for a group again!'
