Stayed before in the Safari room which has its own jacuzzi bathtub which was brilliant! This time opted for another room as it safari was booked, but the upgrade was great! Staff very friendly and brilliant! Cannot complain in the slightest! Can’t wait to go again! '

'Great hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. '

'Beperkte parkeerruimte die apart moet worden betaald. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben liever twee naast elkaar staande aparte bedden in plaats van een groot bed. De ontbijtfaciliteiten zijn uiterst beperkt en soms al opgebruikt door eerdere gasten.
Er moest 20 pond garantie bij aankomst worden betaald die niet is terugbetaald. Hierover heb ik een mail gestuurd.
Ik ben overtuigd dat ik aanmerkelijk goedkoper had kunnen logeren als ik zelf rechtstreeks had geboekt.'
