'Great stay at the hotel'

'Hotel is heel rg gezellig en de welkom was heel fijn. Wij hadden een hele mooie kamer met een mooi uitzicht. Service was heel goed alleen de schoonmaak van de kamers liet nog wat te wensen over. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk heel veel keus en ontzettend lekker. '

'Redelijke kamer met goede bedden, maar de service is bar slecht. Bij het inchecken zat de receptionist in brak engels aan te geven dat we een te kleine kamer hadden gereserveerd voor 3 personen, later bleek dat er gewoon een extra bed bijgeplaatst kon worden. 'I’ve booked one night and then have booked another one since it was really nice. The only thing would be nicer to improve, is communication between the flat company and the client. Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix. location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking. I would love to get back here on my next trip. '

'This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful too …food is good '
