'Breakfast, coffee and cereal/fruit or bagel,I was fined $52 for smoking in the room.
I DID'NT smoke in the room, I smoked outside, put the cigarette butt in my pocket and went back to my room to pack and checkout. I threw the butt in the trash in the room. Housekeeping took a picture of THAT, said there was hazy smoke on the air (2 hours later, after I checked out) and insisted that I smoked in the room
I am appalled and angry that they are basically calling me a liar, and I will have my bank...

'Place was average as expected. We used the jacuzzi in the room and got a rude nock two times on the door from the guy at the front desk wanted to now if something was going on in the room because the room next door was complaining! Second time where told we could not use the tub anymore!!! The pool area was filthy. When we checked out the guy next store from us was complaining and was given a large discount! We were told since we booked through Expedia we could not be compensated? Probably...
