'Room was clean! Eva was amazing! It was my sons 13th birthday and she had a piece of cake ordered to the room… it made his day!! And ours too… honestly its the little things sometimes. We always book the sheraton when staying in Niagara. Love the convenience of everything…thank you!'

'It is a long spread out hotel. We were placed in the 2nd room from the last end building, on a very slow weeknight. So quite the walk to lobby. The room service Mac n cheese was microwavable kraft in soupy cheese water. The lobby food options were just OK. Service was great everywhere. The warm indoor pool area was our favorite part. We usually stay at Timber Ridge indoor water park, better layout and more kid-friendly. This was different and kids still enjoyed our stay. '

'The entire property smelled of chlorine. We had a room with a jetted tub and the tub did not work properly. When staff was notified, all they said was "We are sorry to hear that". Not a good experience. '

'Dirty pool, broken heater, which was the whole reason we chose this hotel for our kids.'

'They had a really small fitness room with really old equipment in there. The treadmill was actually out of order. The breakfast was horrible. It's a problem when you have to find breakfast elsewhere and go to another hotel nearby to use their amenities. It was very disappointing, I will not be staying here again. '
