'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'Well, we checked in the early afternoon. Did not take long to check in. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was great but I did expect a Jacuzzi for a suite. Food court was great. Good pizza. We walked around a few blocks,( to Mom's Spaghetti) from the hotel it was kind scary the first couple of blocks. There was a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk with trash around. There was another man asking for money at the Walk light. ( We live in the country and my mind was blown)) once we crossed it...
