'It’s a quiet, beautiful location. We basically had the place to ourselves until the wine tasting night. It’s close to Point Udall, which is a great place to watch the sunrise. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There were only two downsides. One, I booked a room for a family of five, so I assumed there would be a sofa/bed or just a sofa. I had to pay an additional $60 a night plus tax for a rollaway. Second, you really can’t go out into the water here. The beach goes straight to a dead...

'I loved everything about the place , staff was excellent. Casino across the street was nice. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the Tuscany restaurant wasn't open every day, so dinner buffet wasn't that great, especially the money we paid to stay thete. Stoll we enjoyed ourselves. happy '

'It was great. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The staff was extremely polite and the bartenders were very friendly. It was quiet, laid-back and peaceful. Definitely recommended renting a car to explore the island. The food was okay in the buffet but make reservations at Tuscany and the food was great. Everything i had at the poil bar was good. We enjoyed the beach, it was clean and beautiful. We definitely plan on going back. '

'This property is old but has a lot of potential. It has a historic feel and is really cool. However, it could use a refresh. It’s loud around there, as there is a club next door. But it’s super convenient and so close to shopping, places to eat and the boardwalk! It’s inexpensive and did the job for a last minute quick trip to the island. '

'It was a very pleasant stay. The area is easily accessible to the entire island. The view & breeze was great to just lay back and take in. Slept like a rock. Excellent for relaxing after a busy day. The host/management was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Internet was stable enough for video conferencing. Cell reception ok. You should rent at a minimum an AWD to move around the island. Many roads are in dire need of repair/upgrade across the island. Taxis and public transportation is scant...

'We enjoyed our stay at the Cove Hotel. The owners were very very friendly and helpful giving information about the island, restaurant, beach options, or just to sharing their story and experiences. The hotel is situated almost in the middle of the island close to one of the best beaches - Cane Bay, and great if you like to explore the island. We recommend renting a car since the beach is about 9 minute drive. Overall - great experience and great place to stay'

'The rooms look exactly like the pictures. The staff is so sweet and accommodating! I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back. The only issue is it’s far away from everything but if you rent a car that solves that problem. We choose not to and the staff gave us a variety of cab services in the area which were also extremely nice and pleasant. It was amazing. '
