'The property is exactly as advertised. Clean, compact, and homey. Check in was a breeze due to keyless entry and the code being shared before arrival. The garden was gorgeous! A lovely location to spend a few days. Marvin is a responsive host, he answered all my questions and emails both prior to and during the stay. Close to several beautiful areas and beaches. We saw so much of the countryside and ate at several great restaurants.'

'My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. 'My family (including 9 year old twins and a 2 year old) had a BLAST! The design and thoughtful small details throughout the play space made our stay so fun. We played, crafted, roasted s’mores, and made a ton of memories. On top of that, the space is clean and comfy! 10/10 recommend choosing this oasis for your next family getaway or staycation.'

'Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

"Vriendelijke ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg over waar de faciliteiten zijn. Daarnaast een welkomstdrankje en soepje van het huis ontvangen. De kamer was niet schoongemaakt. De hele deur zat onder de koffiespetters en bij de kast zat een grote witte substantie. De douchekop was niet schoongemaakt en de shampoopomp zat los van de inhoud (die was niet vastgedraaid). Daarnaast hoor je veel geluid van buiten in de kamer."
