I am sorry that we have disagreement for refund as you had online PREPAID reservation for two nights and you have to check out for emergency after one night. I felt very unsafe having to check in at a window out side people yelling at each other once I walked in my room I walk right into a spiderweb had two spiders in the room that I seen while in the room continued to hear people screaming

I liked I was able to check in early, however I was charged a 30 dollar fee which wasn’t the issue, my first room had multiple roaches, and no hot water, was switched second room was a little better but still wasn’t great.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Regular check in time is 2.00pm but let you check in, with little early check in fee instead of the guest to pay for the whole day. We do pest control every month but will address the issue, Once again sorry for that. We will definitely serve you better in future.

Everything was low budget . Homes in the comforters . No toilet paper dirty shower paint kissing and dirt and dust under and around mini fridge . It was definitely a $30 value

You get what you pay for
What I get for being cheap, spend the extra $20 for a better room. Here the door had trouble opening, fridge didnt work, no heat from the aircon, filthy window. Way to tired to complain or switch rooms. Pictures need to be updated

We are sorry for drunken guest. Sometimes guest over drink and create such scene. We have taken immediate action as soon as we received complain and did not extend the stay of guest even he wanted to.

Ew, America’s Best Value Inn’s and Suites.
It was not what we expected. There were drunk people showing Private parts while our kids were at the pool, the coffee pot was rusty and had bugs in it, the portable stove was also rusty, and there was no plug in to plug either up. The only great thing I have to say is that the pool was clean.

Horrible visit
Tge room was missing the iron, ironing board, alarm clock and the phone didnt work. The shower head was located at the entrance of the shower so youd make a mess getting in the shower. The bed was like sleeping on the concrete floor and the pillows had ALOT to desire I had to stuff towels in tge pillow cases just to have some comfort. There was in and out traffic all night and vehicles cruising the parking lot with that boom boom music playing viberating the walls. Just a horrible experience and will not return. I

Don’t stay there!!!
We would not stay there! We canceled our stay there and went somewhere else!! The room had nothing but a bed and metal table and chairs! And smelled bad!

Small room overly crowded with 2 twin beds and dresser /hooch. Bedding was very dingy with burn holes all in it from previous guest I recon. Pillows were horrible to lay on. Place was full of roaches, which I now too probably have them now in my belongings at home. A/C didn't work properly either. There was no trash can in the room, or ash tray for a smoking room. Only perk I liked about the room or the stay was the shower.. It was nice and large adjustable shower head on it. Other than that, I will not be staying there again. I do not do the roaches, and owners need to treat for them asap. Thanks for reading.

I do not like to give negative reviews unless really necessary, but this was one of the most “marginal” motels I’ve stayed in. Much less clean than usual. Although a non-smoking room, the smell of acrid smoke filtered through the walls (floor) such that I awoke early in the night thinking something was burning.

This place is NOTHING AT ALL like the photos. Everything about our stay was horrible. The room was DISGUSTING and we had 3 noise complaints we littertly had to walk on our tippy toes all because there are plant workers that have been staying there for a month so basically there all about them.

We had to switch rooms twice before we found one without an overpowering, unknown odor/broken air conditioning. However, the lady working at the check-in was very friendly and helpful.
