'The room shade was broken, could not raise or lower the shade, no TV channel guide in room. Initial front desk didn't know the on screen guide number,'

'Although this property is advertised as smoke-free, my first room had a strong cigarette odor. A staff member confirmed the smell and moved me to another room, but the bathtub there was visibly dirty. I requested cleaning supplies and was given bleach spray and a rag. When I asked for something to scrub the tub with, I was told nothing else was available. The staff member who moved me to the second room was kind and helpful. However, when I raised my concerns the following day, I was instructed...

'Een prima plek voor een overnachting voor een goede prijs. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer schone kamer. Kamer wel met buitendeur entree maar voor ons totaal geen probleem.'
