Living space

This entire condo is thoughtfully arranged on a single level with no stairs in home, offering a comfortable layout for up to 6 guests. Natural light flows through the open living and dining areas, creating an inviting setting to relax or work. Air conditioning and Wifi keep you comfortable and connected, while a dedicated workspace makes it easy to focus when needed. A TV anchors the living area for laid-back evenings indoors, and elevator access in the building adds everyday convenience.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo features 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 baths, allowing everyone space and privacy. Room-darkening shades help create a peaceful sleeping environment, and clothing storage, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets support longer stays. With three bathrooms, mornings and evenings move smoothly, even with a full group.

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace, whether it’s a simple breakfast before heading out or dinner shared around the dining table. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and gathering, and the dining area doubles as a welcoming place to work, plan your day, or enjoy takeout from nearby spots.

Arrival is simple with a private entrance and keypad self check-in. During your stay, you’ll have access to a pool, gym, and sauna, as well as resort access nearby. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make coming and going easy if you’re traveling by car. Washer and dryer are available for added convenience, and luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed offer flexibility for extended visits, with cleaning available during stay.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. We regret to inform you that this unit does not allow access to the gym under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged.
