'The airport shuttle was not easy to find as I was given the wrong directions by the hotel receptionist and had to wait for over 45 minutes with a baby and older adult until I contacted the hotel again and asked to call driver. The driver than indicated the correct place where I was supposed to meet him. When I got to the hotel the confusion was never acknowledged nor I received an apology. '

'Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes en schoon en het bed was fijn. Er zitten voldoende faciliteiten in de buurt om te eten en dergelijke. We konden in het hotel gratis wasmachine en droger gebruiken, heel prettig. Het uitzicht is niet leuk, maar dat vinden wij wel logisch voor een hotel vlakbij het vliegveld. Het ontbijt was trouwens uitgebreid en lekker!'

'Worst experience ever got a room on the third floor elevators weren’t working. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with small children. Sofa bed was stained with mold.'

'Las instalaciones están impecables y se disfrutan mucho. La alberca climatizada permite disfrutarla prácticamente todo el día. El restaurante raíces no recomendable. Y el personal en general poco servicial ni muy amable. Y me molestó bastante que al momento del check out la recepcionista comentó que tenía adeudo en uno de los restaurantes y al pedir aclaración mágicamente dichos adeudos desaparecieron.'
