Unlike many other hotels in China (including a five star hotel in same area I stayed before), everything in this hotel works as they are designed to. Front desk is helpful and friendly. 'Dit hotel krijgt in buitenlandse recensies vaak vervelende kritieken. Dat is onterecht. Het ligt een paar kilometer ten oosten van het centrum en is vanaf het Railway Station rechtstreeks te bereiken met bus 26. Geen idee hoe de eindhalte heet (sorry) maar het duurt ongeveer een half uur en als de bus linksaf slaat op het kruispunt met de 2 wolkenkrabbers (vanuit heel Suzhou te zien) dan ben je in de goede straat; neem in deze straat de 2e halte dan stap je voor de deur van Citadines uit.
