'The rooms and amenities here are very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff (including the front counter and the cooks) are very friendly and approachable. The concierge is active for 24 hours so you never have to worry about booking in late. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the train station so heading into town is convenient.'

The hotel itself is beautiful and impressive in size, but that's where the "grand" experience ended for us. We booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one of them did not work. We reported the problem, but it was never fixed during our stay.
