'The overall property was nice! We were on the 16th floor and the double queen room set up was better than expected. My issue was that I was charged an exorbitant amount for a 2-hour visitor. That cost exceeded my cost per day over the 7 night stay. This was absolutely unacceptable! What made it worse was my roommate had a visitor the day prior, and he was only charged a third of what I was charged. Why the discrepancy in the charging amounts? The manager on duty says it's the hotel's policy, but...
