'This place was pristine. It has a locked gate with six parking spots. There are six units. Some are studios and some might have one bedroom-I’m not sure. I stayed in a studio. They each have a kitchenette. The place have a beautiful terrace with a table for about 10 people. I think the terrace has a wood burning oven. It’s gorgeous, brand new and very welcoming. Please note: the street has exclusive parking spots out front. One is marked Josefa. You have to ask the manager which street parking...

'El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, cumple sus funciones basicas. Es un hotel viejo, los baños estan en condiciones de regulares a malas. La cocina e utensilios son viejos pero funcionan. La sala de estar tal cual se ven las fotos. La regadera estaba bastante sucia cuando entramos ya despues se limpio. Un dia hicieron el aseo superficial "por ahorrar y cuidar el.medio ambiente " De los 4 dias ninguno nos cambiaron toallas. Y al salir del hotel pregunte al señor de recepción si todo bien...

'I have stayed here two times in the last yr. And find the location right on the Malacon to be perfect. I always ask for a room with a view. That is the best. This last time I was given a room that had a sofa and desk area bath with the bedroom 6 steps up. The bedroom area was great but the sitting area below was void of any decor, lamp didn’t work and overhead light was very dim. Area was dark and a bit depressing. Won’t be asking for that room again. Restaurant in the 5 floor is nice...
