The location is not in the "more or less" touristic center of Kathmandu which makes that you have to travel 30 minutes to go to the center by taxi. Me and my husband really enjoyed staying at the ViaVia Boutique hotel.
The hotel rooms, lobby and hallway have nice colorful Tibetan decorations and our room had smart tv, cooling/heating system and a rain shower.
The quiet neighborhood has very little traffic and the breakfast is much better than all the other hotels we stayed at.
Being so close to Pashupatinath, Bodnath, Kopan and Shivapuri national park makes it a good option to explore the Kathmandu...
