  • Modern huis in baksteen en tegels met een ononderbroken uitzicht over de Moore River en Silver Creek. Drie slaapkamers met accommodatie voor acht. Kenmerken omvatten airconditioning, WIFI, gasbarbecue, moderne keuken en badkamer (met bad), open woonkamer met uitzicht op de rivier en brede veranda's voor barbecues in de zomer. De woning beschikt over gratis WiFi.

    Begin met een wandeling langs de Guilderton-promenade en geniet van onze spectaculaire stranden.
    Pak een handdoek en neem een duik in de Moore River of de Indische Oceaan.
    Oefen kajakken kanoën, spetteren en spelen in het water, windsurfen, varen, fotografie, vogels kijken, klimmen, zeeschelpen verzamelen, zandkastelen bouwen, speurtochten, beachvolleybal of gewoon het strand kammen voor gratis knutselspullen.
    Pak een mand en breng de dag of een zwoele avond door met goed gezelschap op de gasgestookte gratis barbecues onder de bomen en geniet van het uitzicht op de riviermonding. Moeder natuur is vaak in actie en af en toe opent de monding van de rivierstaaf zich naar de zee.
    Swing de clubs op een van de meest pittoreske 9 holes golfbanen in WA. Voor een leuk gezinsuitje kunt u een partijtje minigolf spelen.
    Peddelen, kajakken of kanoën op de Moore River
    Test je vaardigheden als sandboard in de zandheuvels.
    Geniet van de majestueuze zonsondergangen boven de Indische Oceaan.

We had a great stay, very quiet and relaxing. House was perfect for our needs and the view was very nice. Tip, take some binoculars there is lots to watch on the river. Caught some small bream for fun and had a great night at the country club.

Good other than the state of the oven

Location and check in fine. Left over food found in the oven. Maggots everywhere and stench hard to bare. Cleaned it out ourselves for several hours on Friday. Smell lingered for much of the remaining stay. Food had clearly been there for a long time.

Great Spot

Great views. Great location. Nice house. Well equipped kitchen. Fairly clean, but does rely on previous person vacuuming , mopping and wiping over surfaces, (even though they charge a cleaning fee), plus bring your own linen and towels. Also a booking fee of $40 and a miscellaneous booking fee of $150 on top of the nightly fee. Checkin is a lock box code. Air con in the main living area (was on when we got there which was nice), but it is very noisy and the bed rooms do remain quite hot. (Hot sumner week when we were there). Great sunset views from inside and outside.

Great holiday house

We stayed for five nights with three young children in Dec 2022. Accommodation was more than adequate, location is good overlooking the river, walking distance from Silver Creek Reserve and just a short drive to the foreshore/river mouth. The house had basic cleaning supplies, and we knew from the listing and communication to bring our own sheets and towels. It would have been handy if cooking spray and salt/pepper was provided. There is one air conditioner in the living area, it was okay for the time we were there (max 30 degrees), but at the height of summer might be a problem cooling down the bedrooms.

Seems you do the cleaning for the next guests and not sure what you pay the cleaning fee for? All the windows need new blinds.Great location and views though.

Plenty of space, lovely views, good amenities, very clean and comfortable. Great to be so close to the river and the country club. Laundry shower is additional bonus however hot water in there is hot and miss so be prepared for a shock! Couple of missing light bulbs in the lounge and front verandah would be great if they were replaced. Main smoke sensor/fire alarm missing in living area.
