'We booked this unit for a last minute anniversary trip and was not disappointed. The master bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Unit kind of smelled like mildew when we first arrived but was overall pretty clean. It was our first time staying at aquavista and it was not crowded at all and super laid back. The pool was cold (not heated like we were told) so we didn’t get to use it but I would book this property again! '

'Amazing views!! We had a great time! Thankful we didn’t spend much time in the unit. Unit was run down and needs some new furniture (couch was awful to sit on) (beds ok) (towels very old). Needs a deep clean. While we were there we saw a bed bug remediation company on site. Also WiFi was in and out and made it hard to check in for work. '

'It was a beautiful beach view, the photos do not do this place justice. The host was easy to work with and responded to every request/email in a timely manner. The room was spacious, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. I highly recommend this unit, I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place for our sisters trip.'

I received numerous texts and calls about not paying and not being old enough. I repeatedly tried to explain that I was in KY not Florida and my mother in law had proof of payment and was let into the property by someone that said they were the owner and showed them around.
