Pool Heating Details

When booking the full house, you’ll enjoy exclusive, private access to the saltwater pool throughout your stay.

The pool is available year-round and can be heated upon request during cooler months for added comfort.

Pool heating fee: $50 per night

Heating season: October through April

Advance notice required: Please request pool heating at least 24 hours prior to check-in so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Pool heating is optional and charged separately, as not all guests prefer or need it. The fee helps offset the cost of maintaining a comfortable water temperature during cooler weather.

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per stay.

Pet fee: $200 per stay (non-refundable)

Dogs must be house-trained and flea-free

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, indoors and outdoors

No cats or other animals permitted

Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area. Any excessive cleaning, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges.

Service animals, as defined by applicable laws and platform policies, are exempt from pet fees.
