'This was a last minute booking for a birthday trip. The host was very nice and responsive to any questions I had. The property is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Its is the perfect spot for shopping, food, and a trip to the beach.'

'This is a practical, not bougie place located two blocks from beach and a short walk to restaurants, stores, and shops. It has the barest of essentials. You may consider bringing extra bath and kitchen towels. They do not provide beach chairs or beach supplies. You should also bring extra trash bags, oven mitts, scissors, tape, handsoap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, baggies etc. The information book was found in the hard to reach cabinet above the fridge. 'The home was very clean and welcoming! Plenty of space and bathrooms. We all had a great time with the nerf guns and switch. Beach was a short walk down the trail, not as bad as I thought it was going to be and trails also went to piers on lagoon. The neighborhood was a little more "energetic" than we were anticipating and the porch wasn't very private with neighbors right in line on either side.
