The Space:

This professionally designed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably.



First Floor: Features a cozy living room with large Smart HDTV and ample seating, a dining area for six plus bar seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all essentials for cooking. The spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. Outside, enjoy a large deck with dining space and breathtaking lagoon and pool views.



Second Floor: Includes three guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and private bath, one with a queen bed, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. Each room has a wall-mounted Smart HDTV. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have direct access to an outdoor deck with additional seating and stunning lagoon views.



The house also includes a washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home and its amenities, including:



-A private pool with LED lighting, loungers, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill for family cookouts.

-Ample parking under the home’s elevated main floor.

-Storage stocked with beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers, and pool toys to enhance your beach experience.

-Multiple outdoor seating areas, including Adirondack chairs and tables on the decks, perfect for soaking in the sunsets.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a prime location in Gulf Shores, the home is just a 2-minute walk (0.1 miles) to the 13th St Beach Access and Gulf Shores Beach. Explore the area’s attractions, including:



-Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and Zooland Mini Golf (2.8 miles).

-Gulf State Park Fishing Pier (3.7 miles).

-Nearby shops, restaurants, and golf courses.

-Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the lagoon while being just moments from the lively beach scene!



Getting Around:

Ground-level parking provides ample space for multiple vehicles. The central location allows easy access to Gulf Shores’ main attractions, whether walking to the beach or taking a short drive to dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Other Things to Note:

-Pool Heating: Available for $100/day (must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in).



House Rules:



-Noise Ordinance – Guest will honor a 9:00pm-9:00am noise ordinance

-No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the residence; any evidence of smoking will incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus any additional damages or excessive cleaning required

-No Pets - The residence is a pet-free zone; introducing pets into the property will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus any additional costs associated with restoring the property to its original condition.

-No Parties or Events - No events or parties are permitted including amplified music. The maximum allowed number of guests at the property is twelve (12).



Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $10,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
