Elevator Use & Safety Guidelines



Maximum Capacity

The elevator is designed to accommodate no more than two (2) people at a time. Exceeding this limit may cause mechanical failure and presents a safety risk.



Children’s Safety

Children may use the elevator only when accompanied by an adult. Unattended use by children is strictly prohibited.



Proper Operation

Please use the elevator responsibly and as intended. Do not force doors, tamper with controls, or attempt to modify any equipment. Improper use may result in damage and service interruption.



Guest Responsibility

Any damage caused by misuse, overloading, or failure to follow posted instructions will be charged to the responsible guest.



Emergency Instructions

In the unlikely event of an elevator issue, please follow the emergency instructions posted inside the elevator. Do not attempt to force doors open or exit the elevator without assistance.



Age Requirement & Guest Verification

The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older, unless otherwise approved by Bella Beach Properties.

For security and fraud prevention, government-issued photo ID and selfie verification are required.

A Guest Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to finalize and secure your reservation.
