  • Je zult de ruimte niet geloven in dit prachtige 3BR / 3BA-strandhuisje bij THE BEACH CLUB. 10 slaapplaatsen. Bedden: koning in slaapkamer, koningin in tweede slaapkamer, koningin in derde slaapkamer en twee slaapbanken. Dit is een geweldige plek voor familiebijeenkomsten, golfuitjes, tennistoernooien, kampen, enz. Neem de hele groep mee en geniet van uw thuis weg van huis in de Cottages at the Beach Club. Binnenafspraken: 3 tv's, dvd-spelers, volledig uitgeruste gastronomische keuken, nieuwe apparatuur, granieten aanrecht in heel, wasmachine en droger, elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen bad, beddengoed van 100% Egyptisch katoen.

    Als je weg moet, is dit de plek. Dit is een gezinsvriendelijk, omheind resortcomplex met verschillende zwembaden, een eigen restaurant, grill en meer! De nationaal beoordeelde Kiva Dunes-golfbaan ligt op slechts 1,6 km afstand! Terwijl de fantastische Peninsula Golfbaan op slechts 10 minuten afstand ligt.

    Complex / Resort Voorzieningen: Elk gebouw heeft een buitenzwembad en een bubbelbad. Op het resort is er ook buitengrills, speeltuin, 8 verlichte Rubico-tennisbanen, fietsverhuur, restaurants, bar & grill, arcade-spellen, biljart, shuffleboard, golfsimulator, ijssalon, supermarkt, schaken, dammen, maisgat , volleybal, basketbal, watersportverhuur en strandstoelverhuur.

Tranquil Paradise!

Beach Cottage 20 is very nice and spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful and upscale with many close amenities. You can walk to restaurant, bar, spa, beach, etc. It is 12 miles from the main highway in Gulf Shores so you are away from all the traffic, hustle and bustle and have your own tranquil paradise! The tub in the master bath is truly relaxing!

Great place and area, but could use a bit of a cleanup

Fit our group very well and was spacious and very close to the beach and other amenities. Could tell that the house had been weathered a bit. The paint was coming off a few walls, the couches were pretty worn down and haven't been cleaned in a while, and the grill is super dirty and needs to be cleaned out. Otherwise, a great stay!

Wonderful house and wonderful week!

Don’t miss this opportunity to stay on this house. Better then we even expected. Beautiful very spacious house. Short walk to beach…. Just across the parking lot easy walk. Beautiful well kept grounds. Lots and lots to do with your kids. The village is pretty cool wished we would have done more there with the kids and adults. I’m happy we booked our family vacation at this house and The Beach club!

Great place to stay. Very spacious to accomidate a large family.

The refrigerator ice and water in the door did not work and couple doors would not lock. Other than that everything was great. They had card games to play and tvs in every room. We even used the grill. Could've have asked for a better place to stay. Lool forward to staying again. Thank you.

Plenty of room

Cottage 20 gives a family way more room than a resort unit. Furniture does need to be updated. Kitchen slightly unorganized but fully stocked with needed cooking/eating things. The pools are basic. We did not pay the $45/day to use clubhouse- not worth it. Shops/food trucks up front at night were fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and great location. TV remotes are missing battery covers. So, batteries kept falling out of the remotes. Living room TV picture quality was poor on many channels. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Beautiful cottage.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had 10 in our party, 5 adults and 5 kids. The house was fantastic, with plenty of room for our family. Loved the front and back porch!! The grill was a bonus. We were able to play some of the games provided..outburst was our favorite! The walk to the beach was fine. The outdoor closet with floats, boogie boards and sand toys was a nice added feature! We even left a few extra! Having the 4 pools to choose from we did not miss using the clubhouse facilities. Have already booked for next year! We would rate this stay as 5/5 stars!!!

House is great

The house itself awesome. Perfect for our needs. There were just some little things that could have been much better. The pillows were nasty. Stained and dirty. I contacted the management company and they did bring us new pillows. The throw rugs were very dirty and worn. Several light bulbs were out throughout the house. No one ever came to replace them. We had to buy batteries for the remote controls.

Broken appliances and dirty conditions

Oven was broken, ice maker and water dispenser in fridge did not work, linens were soiled, mattresses were disgusting and covered with large urine spots and blood stains. We could not cook the food we brought in the oven, and were told we had a grill and stove top to cook our casseroles with. Alvrb customer service was rude and condescending when we called asking for the oven to be fixed. Replacement linens were stained yellow after we complained of mystery crust on the initial Linens. Horrible experience.

Fine with a few small issues for the property manager

Property was a B- (fine for the most part) and accommodated our needs and was clean. A few issues that would need to be addressed for anyone staying in the future would be the freezer/fridge was very damaged. The water dispenser did not work and the ice dispenser was frozen solid. Refrigerator drawers and insulation was falling apart and added to frustration each time it was used. BBQ Propane was low to the point we had to be very careful when we used it on Thanksgiving day to ensure it did not run out. Lastly, most of the non-stick pans were scratched and if that bothers you, I suggest bringing your own.

Property needs updated

The living room furniture was quite old. It wasn't comfortable at and seemed as it was broken down in some parts. Needs a little TLC (bathroom toilet paper holders - some had missing piece to hold tissue, sinks drain slow in bathrooms, porch needed painting, and needs a good deep clean of base boards). Do not stop at the gift shop at the hideout and ask any questions they are hateful and just tell you to refer to the email you was sent. Pool and beach were farther away than expected. When we called to check about the pools that was included in our reservation, the lady got sideways at first, stating the beach club was able to charge for the use of the pools. I wasn't calling about the beach club pools I was referring to the ones that was in our reservation. The beach club wanted additional fees per day to use inside pools. I have stayed at a lot of resorts and condos, but this one I wouldn't recommend unless you like being 15-20 minutes from everything and have alot of extra fees to pay.

Nice resort but house needs work

The house was spacious and we enjoyed the amenities of the resort property. This house has definitely seen some wear and tear, however. The carpets and main couch were very dirty. I also had to clean the toilets upon arrival because they were dirty. It had a rusted broken lawn chair on the back porch that was dangerous for our toddler. The grill was very dirty too and had to be cleaned before using it. The water turned yellow as well so we had to use bottled water. This home would be very nice with some thorough cleaning and a few updates.

Great but needs some improvements

Community and house over all were very pleasant, great beach and stores were very close. The house could definitely use some improvement lots of things broken from tvs to doors. During a storm the doors had come open and we had gone to the indoor water park to arrive back at the house and the doors are wide open, luckily we had packed bungee cords and were able to tie the doors shut. Thankful for a safe community were we didn’t have anything missing.

Great location, perfect size for 10 people

We love the location and size of cottage 20. The rugs and floor could be cleaned better. We had two crawling babies and the rugs were dirty. The overall place needs a deep clean. A few extra trash bags, an extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and paper towels for a group of 10 would have been nice too.

Close to beach, nice property.

House was nice. Close to beach and great size for family. Few minor issues during stay. Two of three TV's would not work. We were able to get one figured out but one could not be fixed during our stay. Electric outlet had an extra plug which shorted out the living room lights. Next door neighbors air unit blew and knocked out our internet connection for a day. We had an enjoyable stay minus those few problems. Property was very nice and location was great.
