As you step inside The Paddock, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept living space with coastal decor. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the dining area or out on the spacious deck.

Outside, you will find a gas and charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while watching your children play in the private pool and hot tub. The cottage is just a short walk from the beach where you can build sandcastles or take leisurely strolls along the shore.
**There is a $300 fee to heat the pool, $150 to heat only the hot tub for your stay if desired.

Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
