  • Alle nieuwe meubels !! Je zult niet geloven het spectaculaire uitzicht vanaf deze Beach Front Paradise ligt direct aan de Golf van Mexico met een promenade voor gemakkelijke toegang tot de prachtige witte zandstranden.

    Deja View is ideaal voor grote familiefeesten met 5 slaapkamers, 5 badkamers en 2 halve baden. De grote open plattegrond, glazen front lift, en een schilderachtig uitzicht zijn slechts enkele van de vele redenen waarom deze vakantie woning een favoriet voor zo veel is geweest !!!!

    Er zijn 3 slaapkamers met kingsize bedden, luxe bedden, elk met hun eigen badkamer en nieuwe flatscreen LCD 42 "TV !!! 1 stapelbed kamer met 1 twin over twin en een volledige meer dan volledige stapelbedden en een eigen badkamer, en een bonus dak loft slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping met een queensize bed, en twee sleeper stoel en een half, 32 "lcd-tv en een eigen badkamer.
    Ongelooflijk enorme dakterras met bar, natte bar en een koelkastje, voor speciale avonden kijken naar de zonsondergang.

    De woonkamer en eetkamer zijn open voor het grote keuken met alle roestvrij stalen apparatuur, ijsblokjesmachine en groot ontbijt bar die plaats 8! Vlak naast de woonkamer is een groot overdekt balkon met uitzicht op het witte zand, blauw water en prachtige zonsondergangen !!!!
    Elk dek heeft buiten, surround sound speakers. Stereo-installatie is airplay compatibel.
    Neem de glazen lift of de wenteltrap naar het dakterras dat de meest geweldige uitzicht biedt !!! Heeft uw verrekijker niet vergeten, de dolfijnen zijn extra speels in de ochtenden !!!

So much room! Everything made sense and there was lots of room to stretch out in the house and outside as well. The view of the beach was perfection. And the rooftop deck was *chef’s kiss*. This home is almost to the end of the public area of the peninsula so the beachfront felt so private. Definitely not crowded. If your goal is to try to unplug and just be with your family and friends, this home will make it easy!

My family including parents, siblings, and children were all able to stay here together. Everyone was comfortable and pleased! Property was very clean and well maintained. Contacted the property owners about an issue, and they were quick to respond. Elevator was an awesome bonus when hauling luggage up and down. This house is one of the last few houses on the beach, so felt almost secluded from the crowds which is great! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Property. Fantastic Location!!

So impressed with this property and it’s owners. The house is beautiful and served all of our needs. The bedrooms are very large and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The owners quickly responded to a housekeeping issue upon arrival and the matter was resolved within hours. I will certainly keep this property as a favorite for future vacations.

The property is amazing, it looks just like the pictures. It is very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need. The commercial ice maker was a plus! But the elevator was a game changer! Whether it was moving in or out or just coming up from the beach, it was a blessing! We are already talking about next year!

Beautiful view and location!

Beautiful views! Easily accessible to the beach. All of the patio furniture was superb. The opening living room and kitchen furniture was clean and nice shape. We were steps away from the beach which made it awesome with our little ones. We could make several trips to the house while the rest of us stayed on the beach. The kitchen was full of amenities. The 2nd refrigerator and ice maker downstairs was a bonus.

We had wonderful weather and enjoyed our stay! The house gave us plenty of room for our party of 12. Although we were not able to use the elevator during our stay (advice from the elevator maintenance man), we managed the three stories of stairs ok, but the elevator would have helped out a lot! The area is practically commercial free, which is what we wanted. We loved, loved, loved the practically deserted beach during our stay, which was another reason to book this house. Fort Morgan was only about a mile away and we really enjoyed spending a couple of hours there also (Veterans get in free!).

Best family week!

We had 16 family members stay here with plenty of room! 6 grands who have never been to the beach, they loved the bunk room! Views from the decks were amazing! Our young adult girls loved the loft and were happy to have a little get away from the madness of 6 littles in the house. So many memories were made. A very quiet part of the beach so it felt like it was all ours. We are very sad our week is over but so happy to have all the memories. Dana was very fast to respond to any messages we sent her. Book the trip, make the memories, you won't regret it!

Amazingly peaceful!

We have been vacationing on the gulf for over 40 years and this was our favorite so far! For our group of 8, kids/ grandkids it was perfect! ( we used the loft room for gaming and reading,perfect bonus for us) The house was amazing! Comfortable, well stocked kitchen,games,beach chairs and toys. The Beach access was such a plus. We have grown tired of all the crowds and this area is heavenly, more wildlife, gorgeous unobstructed views…peaceful! We really enjoyed the rooftop deck for stargazing! The stars were brilliant because…no surrounding condos and lights!! Thanks to the wonderful hosts who responded to any messages very quickly! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect family trip for the whole crew.

Deja View is a beautiful beach house. It was perfect for us, our kids and their spouses, and all of the grands. I didn't realize that the rooftop bedroom had a separate entrance. I guess i missed that when reading the description. The grands enjoyed the beach toys available and the darts game. The pool was only a short walk away. The covered porches were wonderful with a nice breeze everyday. The only thing missing would be another family room so the kids can play their games while the adults make use of the living room.

Views from top balcony are amazing!! Overall experience was pleasant. We did have issues with elevator at times but able to fix with instructions from property owner. So many stairs when elevator not working or someone forgot to close the door for elevator to be used. Ice machines were not the greatest, was really looking forward to having our own big ice machine but it didn’t work properly the first couple of days and by the time it did, didn’t produce much. Beach access was convenient and able to leave stuff down at the beach with no worries of it being messed with. Also really enjoyed not having big crowds around us!! The loft on the roof was nice for the teenagers that went with us who enjoyed having their own space!

House needs major attention!

I have went back and forth about giving a review or not since the property owner/manager just accuses everyone that leaves a bad review a liar. We made the best of our trip but the house has obviously been damaged by a hurricane and not repaired the way it needs to be repaired. The decks are very unsafe! We couldn’t all sit out there because it was so cracked and leaning. The house looks like it’s leaning. The pictures online are clearly before it was impacted by a hurricane. Most of the blinds were still broken, glass in a window seal, one of the king beds was broken, all 3 pull out beds were broken, a living room chair arm was broken, the oven doors won’t close all the way, kitchen cabinets won’t close, no ice maker, pots and pans need thrown away, lights in the 2nd floor bathroom and the loft bathroom didn’t work, dangerous concrete block steps to access the beach, huge rats running around under the house in the parking area. The elevator wouldn’t go to the roof top, even with no one on it. The 2 gate codes we were given never worked. We would have to ask someone nearby what the code was. I could go on and on. The city needs to condemn this property until it gets fixed properly. The neighbor even agreed that it needs fixed and that they hear a lot of complaints from renters of this home. We have stayed in several vacation rental houses and have never seen a house in this bad of shape. For the price of this rental, it needs some major improvements! We will not recommend this property to anyone.
