    Uw vakantie ontspanning begint zodra je de Beachy, casual inrichting van dit volledig bijgewerkte condo en zijn vrij uitzicht op de baai te ervaren. Gelegen in het hart van Orange Beach, Grand Caribbean is gelegen aan de overkant van het publiek toegang tot het strand, waardoor u een uitzicht op het strand vanaf het balkon van deze twee slaapkamers / twee badkamers unit op de tweede verdieping.

    De keuken is voorzien van alle apparatuur en is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft. Als je verblijft in, eetgelegenheden zijn vier stoelen aan de eettafel, of de kleine tafel en stoelen op het balkon. Als u niet wilt koken, goede restaurants zijn in de buurt, zowel in Orange Beach en Gulf Shores.

    De hele woonkamer meubilair omvat twee side stoelen en een super-comfortabele slaapbank. Als u een pauze van het strand en alle andere activiteiten die de omgeving te bieden heeft nodig hebt, de woonkamer is voorzien van een 42 "flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler.

    De master bedroom beschikt over een kingsize bed en een 32 "flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler. Er is ook een groot terras met prachtig uitzicht.

    Het apparaat heeft ook een wasmachine en droger voor uw gemak. Gratis draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar.

    De Grand Caribbean is voorzien van een groot zwembad, en het zwembad terras met overdekte ruimte en aan het zwembad badkamers. Een outdoor grillen / picknickplaats is ook beschikbaar.

    Eén GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is inbegrepen in de prijsopgave. Laat het ons weten als je de tweede GRC wilt kopen.

The location of this condo is awesome! There are restaurants, stores, and beach shops within walking distance. Anywhere else you'd want to go is a 5 to 7 minute drive. The condo was clean and the property is family friendly and quietI would replace the cookware as it was old and somewhat scratched up. The sofa in the living room also needs a good cleaning.Overall a nice place.

Loved the condo!!! Easiest check ever! Pull up to condo, punch in code to room and you begin your vacation. Check out is the same. Didn’t have to stand in line and pay a deposit. Room was clean and had most accessories. Definitely stay here again!!!

They absolutely provided everything they said they would. No hidden fees no extra charges. The condo was clean and stocked. The towels and bedding were great quality not cheap hotel finds. Any questions I had was answered quickly. We will absolutely be using them with our next vacation. They made it stress free and that’s exactly how a vacation should be.

Great location but not clean

The location was great. The check-in process was very easy. It was nice to have a two bedroom with room for six right across from the water. However, we found not one but two pair of thongs, french fries in the hide a bed and condiments in the master bed. We ended up sweeping the floors because the sand on the floors was thick when we went to use the oven. There was food burned on the inside that smelled. It just was not cleaned.

It was really old and not clean when we arrived. Daughter wanted to sleep on pull out couch the first night but no extra sheets. The dishwasher was broken and had to wash dishes by hand. It was in a good area with a lot around but the rental was really old and needs updating and find a new cleaning crew bc they are no good. Property Manager was easy to talk to when needed help and easy to get a hold of and got things done fast when needed.

The refrigerator leaked into the lower part of the refrigerator causing the food to stick to the shelving. When reported nothing was done to correct the situation. Also, the washer and dryer were ancient. When I washed a load of white clothes, there was significant damage to some of the clothes to the point they had to be discarded. Again, upon reporting to the manager no action to fix machine or replace the clothing. Multiple texts were sent with pictures of damaged clothes.The clothes were stained beyond use.

Condo nice. Security and HOA rules not so nice

Condo was ok, location is good and booking was easy. 1 parking permit is allowed in rental and must be on your mirror at all times otherwise your car will be jacked or towed and it will cost you $250+ in cash to security company hired by HOA and property management has no input. Ours fell off without our knowledge, first notice was posted on windshield at 7:35 pm, 2nd notice and tire lock at 2:35 am which we found the next day at 2:00 pm. Had to pay Gulf Shores Security $250 in cash (only thing they will accept or Venmo) to have extremely rude man to remove it. Security Co says HOA policy, Sunset Properties said sorry but security co issue out of their control and HOA said policy to reduce spring breakers from using their parking and 3 70 year old women are just out of luck! I will never use any of these companies again.
