'This is a very nice condo with many updates throughout.'

'We have stayed at Tidewater in the past and enjoyed it. This was my first time to book a place through Vrbo and it was awesome. Our 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us. So clean, looked as if had been updated. We liked the 9th level also. The only thing I missed was the water was not hot enough especially when taking a shower. We will book again!!!! We also, like the location.'

'Our 5th floor unit was well appointed, plenty of silverware, plates, bowls, etc. We did opt to cook several meals - and everything we needed was available.Comfortable beds, clean surroundings, spacious bathrooms, plenty of towels, etc. As for the property, they offered multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, a very fun slide into the pool (fun for all ages). This is a kid-friendly resort. We had a full size washer and dryer, which we used a couple of times. The rental does not provide...

'Five Strs in every aspect! The unit was very clean and had everything my wife and two little kids needed for our extended weekend. We loved the lazy river, and the beach was beautiful. We are already talking about booking our stay here for next year.'

'We had great communication before and during our vacation. Upon walking into the unit, we were taken back by the beauty, cleanliness, annd amenities!! I was there with 5 other ladies to celebrate my Aunt’s 70th birthday. The balcony was equipped to accommodate all of us visiting and enjoying the view. We couldn’t have asked for any place better. It truly was a dream vacation destination.'

'Great beachfront location. Not too large of a building plus adjacent beachfront houses to west instead of condos kept beach from being too crowded. West building sits closer to the ocean than other buildings in complex, giving best balcony views both east and west.'

'Very nice comfortable beds, nice tiled shower and bathrooms both were nice. Clean newer washer and dryer works well. Living room furniture is old and needs cleaning or replacing, the TV in LR comes on black and white sometimes. There were some bugs in the kitchen and made us not want to eat in there. I reported them so hopefully they will follow up and take care of that. The location and view is awesome! Across the street from Public’s and most anything you need is close.'

'The condo is in the perfect location and the views are second to none. Communication with the owner was as good as I’ve ever had with anyone. It was a great place to celebrate our 25th.'

'We loved our time at the condo and it was just as wonderful as we thought it would be. We lived the patio the most, but the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a group. Had a small issue with the tv, but management was so accommodating and tried their best to resolve it quickly. Even came by to try themselves and took our trash out for us. Truly a great, friendly, and helpful team! We are already talking about booking again next year. Thanks for a great stay!'

'Condo is nice. Older property. We weren’t made aware that the pool was ‘being renovated’ until after we made reservation - the only repercussion was not access to restrooms at beach level so we had to go back up to the 11th floor several times during the day. Air wasn’t working upon arrival but management was prompt to rectify. Again - it’s just an older property.'
