Onlangs gerenoveerde strandhuis biedt luxe tegen concurrerende prijzen. Italiaanse tegelvloeren, granieten werkbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten, ledermeubilair en een mooie omgeving zorgen voor een afgelegen ervaring op het strand. Wifi onlangs geïnstalleerd!

Slaapt 12 comfortabel in een kingsize bed, een koningin en 4 stapelbedden, met twee opklapbare lederen banken in de familiekamer. Geniet van de prachtige zandstranden en bekijk de dolfijnen terwijl u ontspant in een schommelstoel in de overdekte achtertuin.

Gezinsvriendelijk, schoon en zeer uniek omdat het omringd wordt door palmbomen en andere vegetatie. Grote tv met dvd, videorecorder en stereo-installatie. Gasten huren vaak aan beide zijden van het Duplex (Dolphin West en Sea Turtle East) als ze meer slaapkamers willen hebben, maar hebben twee aparte woonruimten (één kant voor grootouders en de andere kant voor jonge kinderen, enz.) - totale capaciteit Aan beide zijden is 24, met zes slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Huren aan beide kanten tegelijkertijd is vaak zuiniger dan het huren van een vergelijkbaar 6 slaapkamer huis (met slechts één woonkamer) in Fort Morgan.

We hebben vooral te maken met herhaalde bezoekers, wat de beste getuigenis van iedereen is. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat we u eenmaal een keer naar ons huis zullen bezoeken, we zullen zien. . .

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We were looking for a spot away from the crowds and this was definitely it!!! The walk to the beach is just a few short steps. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and all appliances worked just fine. we had plenty of towels, our bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The second bedroom was missing a comforter but we weren’t too bothered. We had lovely neighbors for the week who we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. It was nice to make friends but if that’s not your jam, the outdoor areas are separate enough to feel like you have your own space. Keith was quick to respond to our questions. Overall I would say this is a no frills, affordable place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent vacation in Fort Morgan, AL! The side of the townhouse we stayed in was called Dolphin West and we enjoyed a lovely and spacious home away from home. It was our third time staying there, and it has been great each time. Every time, we see some updating to the property. The owner and his staff are keeping it well maintained. Any issue or question that may come up is responded to in a timely manner. Our family of four enjoyed the king bed and the kids loved the bunk beds. There is nothing like sitting on the porch drinking coffee and splitting your time between looking 10 steps down to where your little ones are playing in sand on the beach, and looking straight out to the ocean to see the dolphins swim past your little spot of paradise!

My family was looking for a quiet spring break getaway and found just that! The beach was peaceful and clean. The house was so lovely and accommodating. We had one little hiccup which Keith handled immediately. I could not be happier with our experience!

There were bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. Roaches crawling out of kitchen drawers and under the cabinets and sink . He did send someone to come spray but then there was the stress of chemicals. The kitchen was pretty grody, crusty silverware drawers w/roaches and just not being cleaned. Other rooms looked okay clean. Stuff splashed on walls and just a few ick things like that. The furniture is a bit worn out but nothing too bad. It’s a cute place, great location but the constant sighting of roaches just kind of messed with us all week. It’s priced way too high to deal with that. He did make efforts to fix things while we were there and that was a positive but just when you get the week to be able to relax and be with family , and you save up and look forward to it, it’s just a bummer to be messing with all that. Also he did give us a 100$ refund. Just trying to be honest.

Kitchen missing a few things. You have about 14 skillets but only one saucepan. We bought measuring spoons and cups and left them for the next guests. The location is good, easy walk onto the beach. We were really impressed that both sides of the duplex were occupied and we didn’t hear a sound from the other side.

This house was perfect for our group of six. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach! The listing was a little unclear about the fact that this a duplex. We weren’t even sure which side of the house was ours when we arrived and just hoped that we didn’t freak out the neighbors by trying to open the wrong door. The owner was very responsive to our messages upon arrival. Would definitely book this property again!

Very relaxing and just steps to the beach. If you’re looking for quiet & secluded during September, this is it. Only one busy beach day. Only two minor complaints: 1) thermostat read mid 80’s upon arrival. 2) Windows were really dirty to the beach. Otherwise very comfortable.

Perfect location. Just walk out the door and right on the beach. It was great for my elderly mom since walking on the sand is hard for her. Communication with Keith was great. We had a very relaxing week even with the stormy weather.

To start my review I want to express how wonderful the customer service and speed at which the own Keith responds to questions or messages sent. He went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed. The home was as expected. We have stayed on the opposite side of the duplex before. The home was clean except for the fact the air vents needed replaced and wiped down. Otherwise clean inside. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed with the exception of scissors and measuring cups/spoons. The home was quiet and we did not hear our neighbors who also had children and several adults. This is always a fear of mine! However we have no complaints. The beach is right out the back deck. I am always interested if a house is actually on the beach and this one is. We saw dolphins multiple times a day. We also saw other sea life stingray, blue bottles, jellyfish, and a couple small sharks. Just a side note about the beach this is NO fault of the owner... the beach I must say was trashy this year. Each day we seemed to see more trash accumulated along the beaches. (maybe this is a common theme with beaches these days?). There was a lot of debris as well: logs, sticks, ect. We have visited Fort Morgan area before and didn't remember the beaches to be so un-kept. Several people along the line left out beach equipment and tents as well. All in all we had a great time, the children didn't notice the things we adults do and we had a great time as a family. Thank you!

This was our second year spending spring break here. Last year we stayed on the sea turtle side and this year we were dolphin side. The location absolutely can NOT be beat especially for the price. You are literally steps away from the beach at the back door. Nice amenities inside the house, furniture is not super fancy but the place is clean and it was perfect for us. We traveled with four adults, and four children under the age of eleven. Beach is not overly busy and host (Keith) was super fast at responding any time we had a question. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Fort Morgan is always the best. The listing is outdated and needs to be updated. There were contractors there when we arrived and trash everywhere. That would have been nicer to know beforehand. We probably wouldn't have booked here. If you plan to cook anytime the oven works great but the stove top doesn't work at all. Location is awesome. For the price it was good. Hopefully it's better when the upgrades are done. It needs work.
