This newly built home sleeps 8-10 with 2 on the sleeper sofa and has an open floor plan with the first floor containing a full bath and a sleeper sofa and the upstairs featuring two kings, one queen and two twins. Each bedroom plus the living room has a TV and includes fast fiber network for Wifi and a DVD player in the living room. The cottage comes with a highchair, baby-gate for stairs and pack-n-play as well as a beach cart to wheel all your beach needs easily for your use. The brick paved streets in the quaint community lead to beach access via the city boardwalk and a public pier. Take pleasure in your morning coffee on the front porch while gazing at the sugar white sands and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico directly across the street or escape on a morning paddle on your SUPs or your kayak while seeing all the natural beauty of the lagoon. The beach is about a 5 minute walk on front beach street side and a 4 minute walk on the bike trail winding by the lagoon on the back side. Lagoon Pass has pay to park and a public restroom is conveniently located there where you will feel safe playing in the calm, shallow water. If you prefer less of a haul thru sand beachside then turn left out of the community and head to life guard stand 11. Splash with the kids at the private community pool or fish off your kayak if you bring one in the lagoon and then ride just minutes to many local award-winning seafood restaurants, outlet shops, zoo and golf course. For my fellow sports fanatics the sports channels are on the dishnetwork! Dream features a full washer and dryer and kitchen with meal preparation amenities as well as a propane grill. You will have your choice of 12 cup coffee pot or single-serving Keurig machine for your vital morning java. No extra paper products are supplied. Garbage picks up twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. The carport includes an outdoor beach shower and a closet for your beach supplies. This closet includes beach chairs, sand toys, a beach cart and 1 longboard as well as an umbrella and stand.
