You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Location was pretty good. The walk to the beach wasn’t very far and close to the hangout and other restaurants. The place was clean and we had plenty of clean towels! The washer and dryer onsite was nice! However, the smell when we walked in was a very strong musty smell! You can tell the place has been remodeled on a budget. There were weak spots in the floor. There were ants and weird little worms in the shower that we noticed the next day. Finally, the beds were horribly hard! We even left a night early just because we dreaded sleeping in that bed another night. When we got home we had to re-wash everything in our bags whether we wore it or not because the smell of the house was stuck to all of our stuff! Overall, we still had fun as we spent most of our time out and at the beach. The place wasn’t terrible but I would not stay here again due to the smell of the house and the beds.

Great home for families

It was a great little house for my family of 7. We loved the on site laundry, outdoor shower and the wagon provided to wheel all of our beach gear to swim. We really enjoyed our short 4 minute walk to the beach.

Loved it!

The house was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every pan and utensil we needed for what little cooking we did because the best restaurants in Gulf Shores are very close. The beach was only a short walk away. We enjoyed our bike trips to the Gulf State Park where there were many beautiful bike trails. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and stay

We had an awesome stay at your home! Everything we needed was there. Thank you for letting us borrow the wagon to take things to the beach! It is a short walk to to beach, just enough to walk off the seafood you eat! Beds were comfy and the house was clean. Even with a rainy day, the house was big enough not to go stir crazy ! Kitchen was stocked well. Our favorite room was the sunroom. What a great idea to put a bed there! We will definitely plan to stay here again!!!! Thank you

We had a pleasant stay in Gulf Shore's. The only issue with the house was the front door combination lock and door. Multiple times we were locked out and had to redo the combination. We called the emergency number and they had to over ride the code for us. It had been mentioned in an e-mail to us about this issue. Would help if they would fix the problem.

Overall awesome!

Only complaint the half bath is not air condition. Maybe update the listing. Stating the half bath isn’t in the main house it’s below it in a storage/ laundry area. Enjoyed the stay! I would stay again!

The location was amazing

We enjoyed our stay it was two blocks across from the main beach and we could bike everywhere . I would rate this mainly on convenience and we got a great price for our stay so worth the money . The only cons is the bikes are really old and rusty and the outdoor shower had no pressure but we used the water hose instead for showing the sand off . the house was very strong smelling with cleaner for the first two days from prior maid service . The beds didn’t feel the best and my husband got snake bitten by a snake that was hiding on the stairs ( non poison) overall we enjoyed it . We would stay again .

Great location to everything

We loved the house, which was fully stocked - detail oriented. Location was perfect; quiet and walking distance to beach. The Shrimp Festival was going on too (which was a bonus!) We were close enough to walk to it. Not having to drive is always a good thing for us. Loved it!!!

Great Vacation Getaway

This was a cute little bungalow. It had everything we needed. We would think How cool if we could bike around. Oh! there they are. Wish we had some beach chairs (pricey). Oh there they are and a small umbrella. Oh look beach toys. There's a grill, oh and Charcoal. It was like rubbing a lamp. Don't they are all electric. The beds were really hard, so I finally found a spot to complain. Couch is really soft so... Also don't forget your check out like we did :0. Thanks Brad ;)
