Welcome to Silver Sands in beautiful Gulf Shores! This house is the PERFECT getaway spot! It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex located on 2nd ave and has just about everything you would need to unwind and relax. There is covered parking underneath the house and plenty of seating on the deck outside. This unit comes with a shared laundry area downstairs under the unit. In the master bedroom, there is a Queen size bed to get your beauty rest. The second bedroom features 2 twin size beds, and a TV. In the living room there is a sofa sleeper to sleep your extra guests. The dining room and kitchen are well appointed and you will have everything you need to cook. This house is just a short walk from the beach! Come spend your vacation at Silver Sands, we are sure you will love our house as much as we do!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
