    Deze charmante twee verdiepingen, 2 slaapkamers en 2-1 / 2 badkamers villa bieden bijna 1.591 vierkante meter woonoppervlak, twee veranda's, een balkon en een handige een auto garage compleet met golfkar.

    Beneden vindt u een ruime woonkamer, eetkamer en volledig ingerichte keuken met ontbijttafel, koelkast met ijsmachine, magnetron, afwasmachine en wasruimte met full size wasmachine en droger. Naast de belangrijkste woonruimten beneden, vindt u een half bad, evenals een grote afgeschermde veranda met toegang vanuit de keuken. U kunt ook toegang krijgen tot de garage vanuit de keuken, waar u veel bergruimte, stranduitrusting (koeler, stoelen, matten, etc.) kunt vinden, een gasgrill, evenals een open haard (met een assortiment potten) gebruikt voor al uw externe kookbehoeften. (Vis, Kruiden, Vis, Turkije, enz.) Vergeet niet om te informeren over het gebruik van Lagniappe's fietsen (benodigde helmen en benodigdheden).

    Boven kun je de master suite en de extra gastenkamer ontdekken. De master suite heeft een royaal meesterbad met grote tuintje, grote aparte glazen douchecabine, dubbele wastafel en aparte commode-kamer. Net buiten de slaapkamer kunt u genieten van het uitzicht en de golfbries terwijl u op het tweede verdiepingen balkon slaapt. De extra bovenverdieping slaapkamer heeft veel kastruimte en een groot bad. Among the dozens of properties our family has rented, we’ve dealt with many “surprises”- deceptive photos, broken appliances, inconvenient locations, misleading descriptions... PEACEFUL SHORE is the first in many years to deliver in every category and then some!This was our first time vacationing on the Fort Morgan side of Gulf Shores, and commuting to the center of GS for restaurants/shopping was our only (mild) concern; it NEVER felt like a “commute” and really made for more fond memories as we enjoyed the sights and scenery during our peaceful drive along Fort Morgan Rd (SR-180).Peaceful Shore is truly a home. The abundant kitchen supplies, the floats and bikes, the FABULOUS GOLF CART, the comfortable beds, the inviting living room and screen porch... even the Lilypad Toad Choir went from noticeable to a comforting serenade each night. We loved meeting other travelers at the pool (we tended towards the beach-front pool but both pools were beautiful), and a sense of camaraderie and kindness among the community came through in each interaction. Speaking of community, the guards working the gate were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and made us feel like we belonged. One feature that brought us a joy-filled bonus was admiring the world-class photography and artwork throughout the Peaceful Shore property. Spending time in the home of a masterful artist and being surrounded by the artist’s beautiful work was a one-of-a-kind experience that we will never forget. I found myself looking up his photography after our trip and spent an entire afternoon enjoying the breathtaking wildlife and environments he has captured. What a special family this must be! The house was very spacious and clean. Neighborhood was very quiet. The golf cart was a bonus!

We found it convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was in a great location with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and tranquility of the neighborhood. We also enjoyed of being able to take the bikes or the golf cart. The beach was very nice. The only thing my mother-in-law’s comment was that on the warning sign to look out for gators and snakes, rats were never mentioned 🤣🤣. Definitely will go back.

Sadly Dissapointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst place we have stayed in at Martinique. It advertised that it slept 6 and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, it was literally box springs. The refrigerator did not work and we lost about 200.00 worth of groceries. The wagon in the garage to haul our stuff to the beach was also broken and could not be used. Shawna did a great job getting the refrigerator replaced and did have a blow up mattress for the sleeper sofa. The pool area and pool itself was very dirty this year, which is a first. The maintenance guy came in the morning to replace a filter and left the tempature set at 85. We walked into a very hot house and could not get it to cool down before bedtime. I saw the maintenance guy smoking in the golf cart as you enter the pool. It seems that this once beautiful vacation destination that we have loved for the past seven years is deteriorating from lack of care. Shawna does a great job with problems and I would like to thank her for her quick actions in taking care of our problems. I would suggest that the owners keep their places in better shape.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. From the pools to the beach, we enjoyed the water every day. Lagniappe accommodated our family of five very well. We were comfortable and felt at home. Our only complaint is that there was no way to recycle.
