Round House Retreat on the Bay is a beautifully renovated four-bedroom, four-bath home (one bathroom is downstairs beneath the house), situated 7.4 miles down the peaceful, scenic Ft. Morgan Peninsula. Enjoy a large wrap-around balcony overlooking the bay, along with a brand-new pier and boat slip just steps from your door.



PET FRIENDLY — Two dogs (maximum weight 50 lbs each) are permitted in this home. If you plan to bring pets, please notify us in advance. A non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog will be added to your stay. Any additional cleaning required will be billed to the credit card on file.



This updated coastal retreat features brand-new beds, modern flooring, upgraded appliances, stylish countertops, and freshly renovated bathrooms with new vanities.



• A spacious covered area beneath the home provides the perfect setting for family gatherings.



• Brand-new flooring extends throughout the home.



• The fully equipped and newly updated kitchen includes everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, with three additional barstools at the counter.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home.



• The home is equipped with Smart TVs ready for use with your personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Please note: There is no cable or satellite service.



• The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. (*children ages 6 and under are not advised to access the top bunk)



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom also includes a queen-size bed. (Access to this room requires walking through another bedroom.)



• The fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed along with a twin daybed and trundle.



• Enjoy a charcoal grill and a custom-built picnic table for outdoor dining.



• A full-size bathroom is located underneath the home for added convenience.



• Cornhole, horseshoes, and a fire pit are provided for your enjoyment.



• Parking is available for up to four vehicles.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card.
