The Highlights

This popular home now has an updated beachy feel with a brand-new kitchen, paint, flooring and baths. But of course, the location hasn't changed, and it is still located adjacent to one of the neighborhood beach access boardwalks. Feel like heading to the pool instead of the beach? It is just two houses away, so it is equally convenient. Plus, the ever popular screened in porch allows you to hear, see and feel the beach air from inside! Pro-Tip: Book this home if you want the convenience of beach front without the price tag!

The Space

The cooks in your group will be pleased to find a well-equipped kitchen, for those evenings when you choose to dine in. You'll love the gorgeous new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

The floor plan is open making it ideal for vacationers. You'll appreciate the beach views from the back deck and will enjoy that space for stargazing, sunning or watching the Blue Angels if you happen to be there on a practice day.

The king-sized primary bedroom has a private en suite bath as well as balcony access. Imagine waking up to the gorgeous sunrise over the water each morning! There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full as well as a bunk room with two twin over full beds. One of the sofas is a sleeper which means there is room for everyone. All in all, Changes in Attitude sleeps 14.

There is even an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.

* One pool in Morgantown is heated. However, because the HOA maintains the pool, we are unable to guarantee the status of the water temperature on any given day.
* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

Unfortunately, this property is not available to student spring break groups. Families and those over age 25 are welcome!

For added security and protection, there are security cameras located under the house.

Up to two dogs with a pet fee of $100 per dog (pet fee will be applied after booking) are permitted. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet.
