Bonnie Dunes is jouw plek om terug te komen naar elk jaar met familie, vrienden of voor grote speciale evenementen! Wat dit Beach Home-werk voor zo veel is, het heeft "DOUBLE" de keukens met vaatwassers, koelkast, ovens, leefruimte en 6 slaapkamers met 6 badkamers! Slaapbank in een woonkamer die 2 slaapt, en een Futon die ook twee in een andere woonruimte kan slapen. De MASTER Slaapkamer heeft zonneschijn in en een plafondventilator om u cool te houden. Er zijn veel keuzes voor iedereen wanneer hij zijn / haar eigen ruimte opslaat om in te slapen. Er zijn twee wasserijgebieden voor de grote groepen zonder te wachten in de rij. Ook is de familie niet compleet zonder de Family Dog, dus breng ze mee! Grill na het avondeten en zwemmen in het zwembad. Neem de tijd en bekijk onze onbetrouwbare zonsondergangen vanaf de grote open dekken. Blauwe luchten, prachtige zonnestralen en witte zandstranden zijn waar we voor bekend zijn, dus waarom kom je niet en zie waar deze wereld om draait. Er is internet en kabel in dit huis, "ALS", je hebt het nodig.

Gelegen in het hart van Gulf Shores en op loopafstand van enkele van onze BESTE RESTAURANTS, en vind dat speciale cadeau om terug te nemen! The house was nice, the pool was great. Parking was very good! Very clean, would definitely stay here again. Cleaning crew was still cleaning at 4 when we checked in. Kitchen was stocked but not with enough stuff, we didn’t get the WiFi fixed until the day before we left even though we tried to communicate with the owner Brian numerous times, water heater was fixed promptly. Furniture was not very comfortable, the front bedrooms need better window coverings it was so bright in the mornings. Overall was a good experience!

Nice spot on the 2nd row from the beach. Short walk to Liquor Store, Fish Market, and Restaurant. Wish there was closer access to the public beach entrance, but honestly it wasnt that bad. Just a short walk. For the price its a great house and location for Gulf Shores.

The property is accurately described as listed. Beds were comfortable. Pool was perfect for our group. Could use a few more lounge chairs or deck furniture to use. Other than this we had what we needed. Location was good and easy to get to restaurants nearby.

This was our first whole family vacation in awhile. We had a great time. The property manager keeps you in the know via email and text. Which I found to be helpful. The property was clean and accommodated our family well. The property is across the street from the beach and a short walk to the beach. This property has a private pool in the backyard. You have to walk to the backyard to access the pool. You cannot access the pool from the inside of the house. If you have a family member with gait issues, this property has a lot of stairs. Overall, this property was nice. I would stay there again.

Overall, we enjoyed using this duplex for our multi-family reunion. The location is just right in being close to Gulf Shores Pkwy, but far enough from the big beach crowds. The gathering spaces were big enough for us (16 total) to eat and hangout, and we loved the deck and pool spaces. We did have an AC unit go out on one side two nights in a row which wasn’t great in the July heat, but the property management/owner fixed it as fast as they could and were very responsive. Also refunded partial to make up for it. The inside could use some attention with repainting and broken floor tiles. The bed types per room doesn’t fully match the description or pics, but we made it work. All in all, it was an affordable house just off the beach with great property owner/management service, and lots of space to host our big family.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great weekend. The walk to the beach was super short and made it easy to get back and forth throughout the weekend. The pool was perfect and a great spot to hangout and relax. Would absolutely stay again at this property!

Spring break family trip. The house was perfect for 2 family’s with lots of kids. Perfect location. I booked this house for 14 people. We had 12 towels total… the pictures of the house are misleading. Bedrooms are smaller and the back door doesn’t walk out to the pool.

Several issues. It should not be called pet friendly, or even pets allowed. As soon as my dogs got out of the car there paws were covered in sand spurs. We had to dig them out with tweezers. Dogs didn’t want to go out again. Two toilets requires multiple flush’s and many clogs. Old in poor repair ( im a master plumber ) One toilet tank cracked down the middle. We didn’t use it for fear of it breaking. Tiles cracked throughout the house. My grandson (3) and I were sitting on the step at the top of the entry stairs. He touches the stairs rung and it fell off leaving a hole big enough for him to fall thru. Air conditioning on one side quit working on second day. We didn’t call for service as the temperature outside was dropping and didn’t want to deal with it. It is a nice property but maintenance has been neglected. Maintenance obviously done by handy Andy. Not going back, expect more for what we paid.

Check in was easy. Everything that was listed was there and functioning. Location was great property seemed very maintained. Some of the towels needed to be replaced (rusty stains). Recommend outdoor lighting around pool area. Would stay again.

Bonnie Dunes was as it appears online. It was perfect for our large group! Every room was use! Property was clean and kitchen is well stocked! It is a walk to the beach, its not awful by any means but I have mobility issues so it was a bit more challenging that I thought it would be. We solved that by dropping me off at the entrance on 12th street :) The negatives. (3rd world problems really) There are alot of those burrs out by the pool and the walk to the pool.. the weeds around the pool could use some trimming, the decks were a little worn out, but we solved this by laying beach mat down on the decks and making children wear shoes to a and from the pool. There was a brokeen wooden chair inside by the table, it was a bit of a hazzard. We removed the chair and all was fine. We did have a company come replace 3 windows on our last day. The property manager did let me know the day before...and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The company was very pleasant, it was a little awkward for everyone im sure. Overall we would absolutely recommend Bonnie Dunes to anyone with big families!

The house was great and was in a great location. It fit our needs perfectly! However, several showers wouldn’t hardly drain. One shower had water standing in it for 3 days. Most of the TVs didn’t work. The internet also didn’t work. One side had a leak and instead of fixing it they completely turned the water off in the kitchen which means you couldn’t wash dishes or cook on that side. I asked the housing manager to call me and it took over 24 hrs for her to do so. We asked twice for someone to come fix these problems and none of them were resolved. The fridges didn’t keep food super cold (maybe a sealing problem). Told them about that also and it wasn’t even acknowledged. The check in and out process was super easy.

We had a great time at this property! It was the perfect set up for our two families to vacation together. The two separate condos, but joined made it beyond perfect for alone family time and time with others. The condo was very clean and had plenty of dishes, pots/pans and things to make cooking at home a breeze! (Very helpful with little kiddos.) Thank you for the beautiful vacation! Memories we will never forget!
